Shipment, Claims & Damaged Goods


Stock merchandise shipments are FOB Warehouse, St. Louis, MO. Orders for custom design merchandise may be shipped FOB Factory. Unless specified otherwise, orders will ship via FedEx or the carrier deemed least expensive by us. All orders are shipped prepaid, with actual shipping cost added to your invoice. Shipments made to residential addresses, expedited delivery, or address corrections are subject to additional service charges assessed by the carrier.

Claims & Damaged Goods

Claims for breakage, damage or loss must be made IMMEDIATELY to the DELIVERING CARRIER. Individual carrier claims must be reported to Fairway within 15 days from receipt of shipment. You must retain possession of the goods and all packaging relating to the claim, as all carriers reserve the right of Inspection. Deductions from your invoice for breakage or shortage must be authorized by Fairway.
