SHIPMENT

Your order will be shipped on an FOB St. Louis basis. Unless special arrangements are made, your order will ship via UPS or the cheapest way that we can arrange. UPS parcel shipments are shipped prepaid and the charges will be billed to your account. Shipments via Common Freight Carrier (Truck), are shipped Freight Collect. UPS provides $100.00 insurance per carton. Additional insurance can be purchased for $0.35 per $100.00 of additional coverage. Additional insurance coverage must be requested by you at the time you place your order. All freight, Freight Carrier Charges and insurance are for the account of the consignee (customer).

CLAIMS & DAMAGED GOODS

Any claims for breakage, damage or loss must be made AT ONCE to the DELIVERING CARRIER and not to Fairway. Your merchandise had been turned over to the carrier in good condition and they are responsible. Please keep both damaged goods, the ORIGINAL CARTON and all packing for the carrier's inspection.
