MINIMUMS

Due to high cost of handling merchandise, our minimum order is $100.00. We are sorry that acceptance of smaller orders is not economically practical. Items priced at $12.00 per dozen or less must be purchased in quantities of no less than one dozen unless otherwise specified in the description.

TERMS

Invoice Terms of 1%-10 Days, Net 30 may be extended to accounts approved by our credit departments. If you have no established open account terms and wish to do so, a credit application is provided on the reverse side. If you prefer to send a check with your order, you will receive a 1% Discount. However, please be sure to add 10% of the dollar value of your order for freight cost. ACCOUNTS WITH PAST DUE BALANCES WILL BE ASSESSED A MONTHLY SERVICE CHARGE OF 1-1/2% OF THE UNPAID BALANCE OR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED THE STATUTORY LIMIT OF THE APPLICABLE STATE. Fairway Manufacturing Company reserves the right not to grant open account credit status to those accounts it deems unqualified.
