Our line includes thousands of items that can be ordered with a customer souvenir design or imprint for your particular account, City, State or Region. Only a small percentage of these items are shown in our catalog. We offer a wide variety of times offered on both a Domestic as well as Direct Import Basis. Items offer3d on an import basis generally offer a low price, but require a larger minimum and longer lead time. Domestic items in contrast offer lower minimums and shorter lead time, but are often higher in price. In order to offer you the best possible price, customer items produced domestically are often shipped to your directly form the factory.

Customer Design or imprint orders usually require additional charges. Fairway makes every effort to minimize your cost. To assist you will some of these terms, please refer to the following:

Die or Screen Charge: Often a non-reoccurring charge paid to the factory to actually create the die or imprint screen.
Set-Up Charge: Often a reoccurring charge incurred each time your place an order for this item.
Art Charge & Artwork Cost: This is the cost to actually create your design. This is separate from the die, screen or setup cost. Should artwork be needed, Fairway has arranged for artwork to be done at a cost of $30.00/hour of Artist time with a 1 hour minimum. The requirements for camera ready artwork vary with the time. If you have artwork available, we would e happy to review your artwork to see if it will meet the factory's requirements for the item in question.
